What we collect,and what we don't.

This is a studio site with one form on it. Nothing here follows you anywhere else. This page says what happens to what you type into that form, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What the form asks for
Five fields: your name, your email, your company, what you need, and whatever you write about the project. Name and email so we can answer you. The rest so our first reply is useful rather than a list of questions back.
We do not ask for a phone number or a postal address.
Where it goes when you press send
Web3Forms relays your submission to us as an email, processing it on our behalf to do that. The inbox is a Gmail account, so Google stores that email in delivering it. Your enquiry lives there and nowhere else.

No analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details for security and delivery.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Consent. You give it when you press send, and it covers one thing: us replying and talking to you about the work if it goes somewhere. Take it back whenever you like by writing to us. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
This is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025. In that language you are the data principal and we are the data fiduciary.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not turn into a project, we delete it twelve months after it arrives.
If it does, we keep it while we are working together and for three years after, which is what tax and business records need.
What you can ask us to do
As a data principal you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you and how we have used it. You can ask us to correct it or erase it, and we will unless we are required to keep it. You can raise a grievance about how we have handled any of this. You can nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
Write to the studio address below first. We answer within thirty days. If we do not, or you are not satisfied with the answer, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
Who is responsible for this
Temune is a sole proprietorship operating from India. The data fiduciary is the proprietor, personally: the person at the address below.
If this changes, we edit this page and move the date at the top.
